"I have a deep passion for empowering women, and being able to teach, mentor, and watch someone grow into their full potential is both incredibly rewarding and a true privilege. I believe that, in many ways, people have forgotten the profound importance of touch and the privilege it is to lay your hands on another person — a simple act that can have a lasting, positive impact on their life.

My courses go beyond simply teaching a massage routine or facial technique; they focus on how to truly connect with clients as human beings, not just as numbers or a means to pay the bills. There is an art to this industry that is often overlooked, with many courses today focused solely on routine.

I aim to walk a journey with each of my students, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to stand firmly on their own two feet and build a loyal, thriving client base they can be proud of."

Peak Foundation Skills Development and Counselling is led by a passionate husband-and-wife team who believe that education should be about more than just earning a certificate. We are committed to walking the journey with our students—helping them become the best version of themselves by combining high-quality training with one-on-one therapy sessions included in our courses.

We offer a variety of courses (some are Internationally recognised through IAOTH) designed to empower individuals with practical skills, enabling them to work independently or enhance their CVs to stand out in the job market. For example, our Domestic Upskilling course not only covers the essentials of cleaning but also educates students on the importance of their role, maintaining professionalism in another person’s home or work space, understanding viruses, bacteria, and mold, as well as preventing cross-contamination. Future modules will even include cooking skills.

This is an evolving learning platform, with both short and longer courses continuously being developed—so watch this space! While therapy sessions with Craig are included in certain courses, his therapy practice is also open to the public, and students who wish to continue their sessions after completing their course are welcome to do so.

Craig has a wide range of interests, with his greatest passion lying in helping people reach their fullest potential. He is dedicated to supporting others in breaking through the barriers that hold them back and creating a neutral, judgment-free space where they can truly be themselves.

Craig began his career as a chef, working in restaurants, hotels, and game lodges, and also gained front-of-house experience as a lodge manager, operations manager, F&B manager, and part-time field ranger. He later owned and ran his own food truck for several years, focusing on the importance of healthy food and mindful living. Today, with a degree in counselling as well as being as an NLP Life Coach, Craig combines his diverse background with a genuine desire to guide and inspire others.

“My goal in life is to help people unlock their full potential. Losing my mom suddenly, just before COVID, was a powerful reminder of how short life can be and highlighted the importance of creating safe spaces—especially for men—to open up and share their struggles.

While I work with both men and women, I have a drive in supporting men who have experienced abusive relationships, helping them navigate the healing process. I understand the deep pain of having a child kept from you and the emotional toll it can take.

My approach to counselling and therapy is unique, blending traditional counselling with NLP tools to help clients gain balance, unravel complex emotions, and move forward with strength and clarity. For those not wanting to sit in a traditional room setting, we can take advantage of a more informal approach, taking advantage of the beautiful surroundings of my therapy room, enjoying a hike or just sitting by the river edge.”
